"Amazing venue for any occasion"
This is the most incredible spot for hosting an event, whether it's for fun or learning. The vibe, the people, the food—everything was just spot on! I ain't looking to book anywhere else!

I organized a board retreat at Convene and I couldn't be happier. The venue, the staff, the meals; all of it was top-notch. I was able to concentrate on the retreat since all the details were handled.

"Awesome spot for smooth meetings"
Awesome spot for smooth meetings! The team is super friendly and quick. They respond well but aren’t overbearing. The food is excellent, and having everything included really simplifies the meeting planning. The venue is beautiful, and my group had an amazing time. We’ll surely return.

Considering all the hurdles brought on by COVID-19, the team at Convene was super understanding and really helpful. Our event ran without a hitch, and a big part of that was thanks to the professionalism shown by the folks at Convene.

"Getting to Convene One Liberty Plaza..."
Getting to Convene One Liberty Plaza is the highlight of my day. Merlin, William, and Madeline are consistently friendly and ready to help, the venue is classy and well-stocked, and it’s never packed. I often suggest hosting meetings there since my colleagues love the chance to experience the Convene hospitality.

"Convene Team is Amazing!"
I’m super pleased with how quick and professional the Convene crew was in handling our urgent request. We had some clients visiting for a meeting, and suddenly, the number of attendees shot up beyond what we had planned for. With only two hours to spare, they got us all set up in a room with coffee and snacks - everything we could ask for. The whole contract and payment thing was easy to manage right from my phone while I was in an Uber, which was such a relief. Big thanks!

Fantastic place for gatherings - spacious, bright, and airy environment. Awesome facilities - big screen, top-notch audio-visual setup. Integrated registration desk. No hassle with excessive directional signs. The all-in-one package simplifies the booking process. Staff are super friendly and quick to respond. Adjustments can be made easily even as the event date approaches. Plus, I really dig the espresso machines and the snack/drink corner.

"Great space, but costs a pretty penny"
The venue is fantastic, but we thought the rates were way too steep for just a room, a phone, and some lunch. Considering the type and quantity of food, along with the use of a conference phone and meeting area, the cost is quite excessive. Even though it was in a handy spot, we’ll probably stick to our colleague's office next time.

Convene is an awesome place for meetings. It's tidy, modern, practical, and chic. The whole process from booking to check-in and the actual event day went off without a hitch. We could concentrate on our meeting goals without any distractions, and we never had to hunt anyone down for assistance! The food and drinks were fantastic and abundant. All in all, it was a super productive day, and we really value your meticulous attention to detail.

Had a fantastic time at Convene in Chicago. The venue was excellent, and the support team was top-notch. I’d recommend improving the food choices, but it’s not a major issue. I’d surely consider using their services again down the line.

"Absolutely love this organization!"
I really can't express how fantastic this group is. They're super professional, really attentive, and just so helpful. They make event planning a breeze. I totally recommend them for any corporate gatherings or meetings!
